Pre/Postnatal Care
Many women believe discomfort during pregnancy is normal, but that's a misconception. Despite the complexities of growing a baby, your body is naturally equipped for this task. By ensuring your nervous system functions without interference through safe, gentle chiropractic adjustments, we support your body in nurturing your baby comfortably and harmoniously.

Research has suggested that regular chiropractic care has been associated with decreased labor pain, shorter delivery times, and potentially fewer medical interventions needed.

The first, second, and third trimester are always talked about but the fourth trimester(period after you have given birth) is often overlooked by the medical field. However, this period is crucial for facilitating your body's healing and adjustment to caring for your newborn. We strongly advise our patients to maintain their care post-birth, allowing us to aid in your recovery from the physical stress and provide the necessary support for you to thrive during this new chapter of life.
Webster Technique
The Webster Technique, endorsed by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), is a specialized chiropractic method designed to enhance the pregnancy journey. The Webster Technique is a specialized approach used by chiropractors to optimize pelvic balance and function during pregnancy. It focuses on gentle adjustments and releasing tension in specific pelvic muscles and ligaments, promoting greater comfort for expecting mothers and potentially aiding in optimal fetal positioning for birth.
Unlike normal chiropractic manipulation, the Webster technique can be accomplished without any "cracks" or "pops" as we are focusing more on reliving muscle and ligament tension to provide comfort for Mom and baby.
Pediatric Care
Often times people are shocked to hear that infants/ children in general are able to be adjusted. Newborns often experience discomfort due to their position in the womb and the stress on their little bodies during the birthing process. Pediatric chiropractic care can help restore their body's natural communication pathways within the nervous system, which will help promote faster healing.
Unlike adult chiropractic adjustments, treatments for infants and children involve gentle techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and sometimes instrument assisted adjustments. These methods are tailored to their delicate needs as a chiropractic visit for an infant/toddler does not look the same as it does for an adult.
